Delete your RYST Harbour account
You can ask us to delete your RYST Harbour account at any time, from the app or by email. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open RYST Harbour (the Android app or harbour.ryst.in) and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture or initials at the top to open the account menu.
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
Your villa’s admins and RYST Harbour are told straight away, and we confirm by email when it’s done.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email info@dreamour.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my RYST Harbour account” and your villa’s name.
What is deleted
- Team members (managers, caretakers and other staff): your access is removed, along with your profile (name, phone number, Telegram connection), notification settings and widget keys. Records you made for the villa, such as checklists or expenses, stay with the villa, because they are the villa’s business records.
- Villa owners: the whole villa account is closed. Its bookings, guests, invoices, photos, team and settings are deleted. Before that you can ask us for an export of your data.
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices and payment records we are required to keep under tax and accounting laws, for as long as those laws require (up to 8 years). They are not used for anything else.
- Security logs for up to 90 days.
- Copies in our backups, until those backups are replaced.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. If you change your mind before then, contact us.
Guests
If you stayed at a villa that uses RYST Harbour, the villa holds your booking details. Ask the villa to delete them, or email us and we will pass your request to the villa.
